Today I will be at Champions school of real estate to demonstrate how to use Zipforms along with Docusign. IMHO a real estate agent should not be without these tools.
Zipforms is an online based program that is provided with your membership to TAR. Docusign costs a little bit to use... approximately $20 per month BUT it will save you SO much more money and more importantly time. PLUS you will look like the professional you are.
